Saw an advertisement on Facebook that appeared legit, and ordered an Adirondack chair. Received an acknowledgement from Lux Builds and the monies were cashed through my debit card. That was the last I heard from them. Tried to contact them, but the site stated the store was "unavailable". Contacted my bank to initiate an investigation.

The company was called Lux Builds and they were advertising Adirondack chairs on the website. Purchased said chairs and got an order conformation and a receipt of shipment. However, there was never any tracking information sent or updated in the system and all attempts to contact them have been left unanswered. Both email and phone. Company states that the order would be placed in shipped in 3 day and delivered in with 10 business days. That was 16 business day ago for the time of shipment and I have not heard anything from the company and obviously the product has not arrived.

We saw the ad on Facebook many times. It went to a legit looking website when we clicked on it. We ordered 2 Adirondack chairs.We received a normal “order received email” and then the next day we got an “ order shipped” email. It had an order number but no tracking. They do not answer any emails and do not list a phone number. It has been over 5 weeks and we still have not received the chairs.
