I placed an order for supplements (free trial offer) on 8/9/2025. On 8/17/2025, I tried to contact them via the contact us at loveus.com from their email confirmation that I did not receive the product in that if they were any automatic subscriptions to cancel them. I received an email back from a different email address ‘[email protected]’ the next day they that my order was on the way and no response to my request to cancel. On 8/24/2025 I received an email asking how my product was and then I was charged $80.91 for a subscription.
