I made a purchase on their website, but found it odd that I received a confirmation email that the payment was received, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email of when the item would arrive. I paid additional for 24 hour delivery service reached out to the company via email and social media messenger and didn’t receive any messages back until late at night, which I found very suspicious. When I provided all the needed information to confirm my purchase, I was just told that that purchase didn’t exist, and that my tracking number should look a certain way and that there was no way to resolve the issue, despite money being taken out of my account I thought inform them that there are other sites using your information and trying to use your products this needs to be resolved they provided me with no customer service.

Do not purchase merchandise from LUVME Hair. This seller passes themselves off as a reputable seller of premium virgin human hair wigs, premium virgin human hair bundles, and other premium virgin hair extension merchandise. But luvmehair.com website and LuvMe Hair application are a fraudulent front for a scam artist seller located in Hong Kong, China. They pass themselves off as a reputable company in Walnut, California in USA but they are scamming customers with extremely low quality products that you could purchase at any local beauty supply in USA. Then they do not stand by their customer satisfaction warranty when PayPal reaches out to them to obtain resolution for scamming payment funds of unwitting customers and cheating people out of their money. Customers believe that they are purchasing high quality premium human hair from a reputable business and pay for signature required shipping methods. The payment ends up at Geisha Hair in Homg Kong, China, This merchant is a chain of highly unprofessional scam artists. Do not purchase using the LuVME Hair Application available at the App Store nor from their website, They basically do a bait and switch with unknowing customers.

Luvmehair.com is a scam the website states that the items that is purchase online will be delivered in two or five days but the items takes about a week .The website have a United States address but the items are shipped from Hong Kong ,the wigs looks nothing like the the pictures on the website .I purchase a Bob Headband wig and wanted to return the item ,I contacted the number that is listed on the website and no one ever answer the calls or return messages. I got an email asking me to start a return process online and when the return tracking number was received the refund will be process. Luvme Hair.com got the wig back in good condition and never refund my money,They basically stole from me ,they got my money and the wig back and stop answering emails and gave a fake phone number .Please people beware of this company , other have posted the same reviews and was scammed out of money,This website needs to be reported for fraud.

I ordered a 12 inch U part Bob wig from their website and the sent me a 10 inch instead. I contacted the company and they offered me a partial refund. I explained to them that I do not want the 10 inch wig and I want what I ordered or a refund. They then told me that they will take $20 from my refund plus I would have to pay shipping and handling which in all would be around $30. They have now stop replying to emails and will not refund me my money even though I have proof they sent me the wrong wig. So they are now going against their printed refund policy I have and no longer responding unless I say something on social media under their posts. They are giving me the run around
