Order men size 12 boots they sent me women's size 10.5 boots was not pleased sent back hopefully I get my refund never buy from them again.

On March 13, 2023 I placed one order which was for the Lace-Up Martin
Boots With Small Pouches for $48.89 + expedited shipping of $29.15 which totals to $78.04 USD. I received the item on March 22, 2023. However, upon unpacking the package I was disappointed because the item was NOT what was advertised on the website. As a professional digital marketer, this is heartbreaking because it’s considered bad business ethic and practice. I immediately put the packaging back together and sent a follow-up email regarding my experience. I’ve sent 3 emails regarding the situation however, I have not received or heard anything from the seller. So I escalated the situation through my financial institution. As a consumer, it is my duty to leave a review for any dissatisfied poor service. Please, please, save yourself the heartache. It seems as if they communicate when you are trying to purchase an item, once you receive the item, they complete ghost you! It’s a tactic. Unfortunately, businesses like these don’t flourish and won’t last very long.

Hey it’s Bianca Rosario, I was totally scammed out of almost $60 for a fur coat in December. I put the correct address and [email protected] tried to say it wasn’t. My cuz went to the post office in his area and they gave us the wrong package number. Then when they gave us the right package number my cuz returned and had problems once more they didn’t went to give him his package. I asked for a refund and they tried to blame it on me that the address was wrong and refused to give me a refund after I updated my credit information, complainted to them random times totally Unacceptable will never order another thing from y’all guys again. I knew the whole time that I put the correct address since I have the address in my phone in my notes and simple copy and paste it when I’m ordering a gift for my cuz. I felt like these ppl at LuveStyle thinks money grows on trees and that’s crazy I had worked really hard for that money and unfortunately soon after lost my job due to the unexpected reasonings. Anyways hopefully I can get a refund sometime soon. Ps I give this website a zero for not even paying attention to my long emails concerning the order. It’s so sad when a person only has so much n it’s taken away from them. Hope this gets resolved soon thanks and god bless.

I ordered the American Flag Jeans and they weren't jeans at all. They were like leggings and were not boot cut and were made very poorly. There are gathered material all over the butt seam and on the legs. I sent them an email and they never responded because I wanted to return them and get my money back.

Well I finally got my order and these shorts don’t look like the cozy material shown online. They are made of the cheapest cotton I’ve ever seen and... and they don’t fit! I wear a medium, it said ho up a size, o ordered a XL and they to small! I’m not gonna even stress myself by returning them. Cheap and shoddy!

I ordered a dress for about $50 online with the company "Luvestyle" on the 5th of April. I was told that it would be about 10 days for my package to arrive. It was the 9th of April when I started emailing the company because I had not received any further shipping information. I was given a link from a tracking site I did not recognize, and a tracking number that was different from the initial one. I clicked on the link anyway and checked the tracking number, it said that it was in California on the 9th of April. I gave it a few days and checked the link again and I was still in California since the 9th of April.

I emailed the company and we had emailed each other back-and-forth multiple times. They told me that they do not have any extra shipping information and that they could not give me an estimated arrival date and that they would be in contact with the shipping company. A few more days passed and still no information or shipping update. I noticed in the email, their English was a little off, so I did some digging on the website. According to some pages on Google they have been known to do this in the past, but their website was still open and I did not do this research before purchasing, which was my mistake, but their website should not be up. I tried to log into my account on the website today on Friday April 24th and it says that my email address is invalid as if my profile was deleted even though the correct email address was given in the sign in box. I have requested a refund but I feel like I will never hear from them.
