We ordered products from this website. We paid in full, including shipping and shipping insurance. The product was never delivered and they told us that it was held up in some shipping facility somewhere in the country. They said we could either pay more for shipping, or get a partial (half) refund of what we purchased. Emails to their "support" email have been a dead end. We later did an internet search for reviews, and found that others have had the same problem.
