Lunavelle quadrupled my initial order of $17.99. This was not my error, numerous complaints by other customers say the same thing. I tried cancelling within 15 minutes multiple times, they waited until the following day claiming the order was already processed and couldn't be cancelled. This is untrue as I had called my credit card company who stated there was no transaction yet for them to deny. Multiple subsequent cancellation emails were met with wait until you receive the false order then return it, at my cost. I have found numerous identical claims in complaint forums online. Straight scam.
