I bought color run tickets. They did not provide further communication about the event. I reached out to the venue directly trying to find information about the time/place and packet pick up information but they responded to my email “that my guest did not register”. We both registered. They will not allow either participations. The site does not provide any information about the venue/event and with the inability to participate they will not provide the services purchased. Lost 196$. Contact luna ticketing and they sent an angry email that purchasing doesn't guarantee event participation. Don't waste your money on this site.

You have not provided any information to link you to an order and your claim is invalid. Our website contains all details and digital e-tickets always have event details and usage instructions on them. If you contacted the venue you clearly have the venue details, otherwise you couldn't contact the venue as claimed. If you purchased tickets from Luna Ticketing and would like to discuss your order please reach out to our support team via our website.

A running ticket was purchased for the Color Craze event through Luna Ticketing. No information was ever provided about the event, when purchasing the ticket you have 20 minutes from time ti purchase to “register” for an event otherwise the ticket is invalid. The help desk is very illegitimate and stopped responding to emails and requests for information.

We have reviewed your claim and it appears that you do not have tickets purchased from us, unless you purchased them under a different name. None the less, our support team is always responsive and if you purchase a digital e-ticket that requires additional registration you are informed of the requirements. If you do not follow the usage instructions on your tickets you will encounter issues.
