I ordered January 23, 2025 order #5019 for buy 2 jars and get 1 free deal. I paid an additional $2.99 for shipping protection and the $4.99 shipping and my total for 3 jars was $42.97. On april 23, 2025 I reached out as I hadn't received my order or update. On April 24th, 2025 it stated it had been delivered which is quite fishy since I wrote just a few hours prior. They emailed and said "Currently, your order is still in process, and we are working diligently to ensure it is delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time, and we are committed to keeping you informed. We expect to have your order shipped as soon as possible. Once it is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details." How on earth was it " fake delivered" a couple hours later when it was still in process? I reached out again April 24th 2025 requesting a full refund as I had shipping protection and it indeed wasn't delivered to my home or mailbox. I work from home and have 5 cameras as well as a picture method by mail so it was literally NEVER delivered. May 10th 2025 I emailed demanding a full refund. They said they would mail me a new jar (keep in mind I was supposed to have gotten 3) I said no, I want a full refund. They said they can't offer me a full refund since the items were delivered. They were NEVER delivered. I just want my money back.
