I placed an order after looking into the Lumi Snuggle stuffed animals as they were being advertised across several social media outlets with many positive reviews. I placed the order for two stuffed animals and two pens as well as the 30-day guarantee that would refund my purchase. This came to $39.98. I was able to track the package at first within a few days to a week of making the purchase, and this was with no real updates just that the package would be shipped. I made the purchase on 03/09/26, and then on 04/17/26 realized I did not have the package still. So I checked the original email to re-check the tracking, but the links to check shipping or look at the website would no longer work. I am contesting the charge with my credit card company now.
