I also ordered 2 chairs and have sent several emails about when I would be receiving my chairs. Was told in the process and like those above...now the email address is Undeliverable! I want my refund immediately!

I placed an order for 2 camping chairs on July 2, 2020. Checked again and now there is no trace of my order. This is a total scam. There is no more website and my money is GONE, and no Camp Chairs! I am so angry.

After waited a month finally i get my money back. Ordered the Outdoor Tent Ceiling Hanging Garden Chair on July10th and got no confirmation email that I could find. They also took the money from account the same day. It is now August 24. I have not received my purchase or heard anything from the company.so So I went online to request Refund order but the request would not process. Tried contacting the merchant they gave me their customer service helpline number which was+ 1(six zero seven two one four three zero zero five))when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return there garbage back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

I called that number & left a voice message, about 20 min later "Jimmy" returned my call.
He asked for my order #... put me on hold... got back on ph & said... "I will call you back in 30 min with proper order info. That was @ 1410 hrs today & still nothing.

I placed an order for 2 camping chairs the middle of June. They didn't arrive as indicated. I reached out and they told me the "logistics company is paralyzed because of the pandemic, you can receive at the end of July. please wait..."
This was a total scam. I have pictures of the order, and of the advertisement. There is no more website and my money is GONE, and no Camp Chairs! I am so angry.
