I purchased the reclining chair in June of this year and have never received nor did I get a refund when requested I have emailed over 10 times with no response. I would like a refund immediately. I received no updates or any corespondence of any kind.

Purchased two 2020 New Recliner Luxury Camping Chairs for $39.98 June 28, 2020. Did email them 60 days later and they said there was a delay. Checked again and now there is no trace of my order.

I also made an order on 6/28/2020 for 2 of the camp chairs for $39.98. I expected there to be some delay due to shipping, so I allowed 60 days before I began my inquiries. I just sent an email to customer service, but now realize it is unlikely to resolve a thing. Many have already included copies of invoices and order numbers- mine would be just one more. I also prefer not to reveal any further information about myself online than necessary. I am very disappointed to see that we have all been victims of fraud.

Can we report them to FaceBook in addition to making other security complaints and changes?

Saw an ad on Facebook for swinging camp chairs. purchased (2) on 6-29-20, and received an e-mail confirmation right away with order #LLNN20062911444. As of Aug 20, have NOT received my order, nor any further e-mails. Attempts to reach website result in error "This shop is unavailable." Have sent an e-mail to the address from which my confirmation came, but not hopeful. I have lost out $31.99.

I ordered 2 of these chairs at the beginning of July and never received them. Emailed company and said shipping was paralyzed due to pandemic and would receive by end of month. Emailed again when I did not receive and have not heard back. Money was taken out of my account from a company called IMax Novelty. I will be calling my bank to report them and hopefully get my money back!

I fell for this scam as well. I ordered 2 chairs for the free shipping but never received my order. I sent a couple emails asking about my order or a refund and I did get one response. It read...Hello, the logistics company is paralyzed because of the pandemic, you can receive in next week, please wait, thank you. (yes that is word for word) Soon after my email purchase receipt disappeared. The emails are still there but now I have no record of my purchase.

I am charged for items I never received, and I ordered them for my daughter who is autistic for when we go camping. So disappointed, because it sàid from USA, but was never given any more information, besides the order number.Which is usless, something needs to be done, about this company stealing all our money.

Around the evening of June 27 I purchased 4 camping chairs from the above mentioned website through facebook. The next morning I had a text and with a thank you and an order number. On 06/29/2020 there was an ATM withdrawl from this RISSIPA WWW.RISSIPA.SPAUS for the total of -$79.96 On 6/30/2020 there was a message from LuluNina with an invoice for the purchase with the same invoice number that was in the text message. ?$19.99, Get Two Free Shipping?2020 NEW RECLINER LUXURY CAMPING CHAIR × 4 Since this correspondance from them I have received nothing else. I have reached out twice to find out when to expect my purchase. I have received nothing back from them. Now when I see this chair advertised on Facebook it's always under a different name, (company???) Most recently I received an email explaining that if I did not pay out $700.00 US dollars that a picture of me would be posted, (did not specify to what media outlet) of me pleasuring myself. I did nothing about this and discarded the email. I believe in my heart this came from this same scammer.

I ordered 2 chairs from Lulu Nina on June 28th and haven't ever received them as of today on Aug 3rd. When I go to research it from the name out of my bank information it comes up as Zoroyie that is a chocolate business in India I believe. The never sent me a confirmation email or text. My order #LLNN2006289146 Amount charged $39.98, I am super pissed off because If I have to do a fraud investigation I have to then change to a new acct at my bank and get sent a new debit card & which will make it longer to receive a paycheck and unemployment. and then change and call other places that automatically pull out of my acct

Also ordered two of the swinging/reclining camp chairs from Lulunina.store for $39.98 late on June 22, 2020. I had a really bad feeling after my credit card was immediately charged for the purchase (However, I thought that could be a good thing because it said the company was USA owned and operated and that “should” mean a quick turnaround.) I received an immediate response thanking me for my purchase and giving me my order number.

However, upon receiving my credit card statement, the “company“ named on my credit card statement was NOT Lulunina, but “Mypaintbynumberhttpsmypaintbsc”. What’s up with that? I’d like to think there is some kind of backlog or delay in shipping, but I’m not holding my breath. I always screen print things I order, so I have all my information.

An ad came up during an online game for purchasing a rocking camp chair. I purchased two of the chairs from this company. That was on June 30th. I have not recieved any product and have written the company enquiring about my purchase several times with no avail. After no response, I started reading other's reviews on Trustpilot and started realizing it was probably a scam.
