I saw a product on a Facebook ad and made the purchase. The products arrived. One looked nothing like its photo and the other was way too small (even though I followed their sizing chart). I contacted them on 2/11/25 for a full refund. They said I will be responsible for the return cost to China, that it will be “very expensive” and will “take a long time.” OR I can accept their $4 US refund. They refuse to issue a full refund for products I can’t use. Shame on me for buying something from Facebook. Shame on them for not being good business people. P.S. Same thing happened with another company called NEEDREAM, which would be the same company. I will file a separate report about them.
