Ordered from a company being influenced on social media which is Loyord. Said on my order confirmation that it was being shipped FEDEx but it has been a month now and when I started looking at the tracker on the item it was being held at each location 3 days. It said that it had finally made it to our town and said out for delivery. Waited around house all day and no package delivered. Checked the tracker that afternoon and it said that it was not deliverable and that it was rejected. The tracker also said that it was abnormal...whatever that means. The company has continued to email me back and is now the "logistics company" has rejected their claim on the item. They then said if I pay another $15 for shipping that they will ship the product out again and deduct it from my account as soon as it is received. I told them no, that I wanted the phone number of said "logistics company" so I can contact them myself. Awaiting the next baseless email.
