This woman, ****** ********, of ‘Love You Wedding and Boudoir Photography’ out of Troy, Missouri was recommended by Wedding Wire as a trusted vendor. We hired her for our wedding, and the package came with an engagement photo shoot as well. After one cancellation, she rescheduled and we hit it off fine. She said it would be 3 weeks to get the engagement photos and after a month and a half we attempted to get in touch with her multiple times without success. After 2 and a half months and a minor threat of ripping up our contract and finding a new photographer, she finally answered saying she was depressed after her grandpa died (another review on her website 4 months after this revealed she used the same excuse on someone else as the reason for delayed engagement photos). We finally got our photos, but communication was nonexistent.

On the wedding day, September 23, 2023, she showed up half an hour late and by herself when her contract said there would be 2 photographers covering the wedding. She took the bare minimum photos and she left the minute her time was up and we said thank you and that we were excited to see them. That was the very last time we ever heard from her. 5 months later and 2 months after our contract said photos would be available, we have received exactly zero photos from our wedding, not even a preview that was also promised in the contract. On top of giving us zero physical memories of our wedding and reception, she stole our $1400.

We have sent emails, called multiple times and left multiple voicemails, sent a dozen texts (which she read but never replied to), left bad reviews on multiple wedding vendor websites, and went on her website and reached out for an inquiry and got no responses. We even threatened to take legal action but we would probably be out more money if we did. Reviews on other wedding vendor websites are full of people who experienced the same thing. One review even said she has the business under multiple names to fly under the radar so as to avoid possible legal altercations.

Leslie is not only robbing people, but screwing people over on the biggest, most memorable and possibly most stressful day of their lives. She even had the audacity to post our engagement photos on her website gallery for marketing!
