Finally received an email stating that the package was delivered but there is no package. The name on my credit card statement says Sproutfit Pacern. It should have said Love In Faith.

I ordered sweatshirts 1-15-2025. On 2-21-2025 tracking stated they were delivered 2-19-2025. They were not. I contacted customer service who stated they would resend them "rush". On 3-31-2025 the second order tracking stated "delivered". Again they were not. I contacted customer service again who said "we might be able to refund 60% of what you paid." This is not acceptable.

Saw an ad on Facebook for a sale run by Love in Faith, clicked on it and it took me to their website where I ordered $42.49 worth of shirts and sweatshirts. I then received an email from an email not by the company and tracking number from track718 which I had never heart of. Waited over 6 weeks for the package, never arrived, reached out to the company who sent me the same tracking number. When I went to check the tracking number, my order disappeared and their website changed entirely.

Online Purchase

Description
On May 06,2024, "YAKL *bariice London" posed as "Love In Faith" via Facebook allowed me to place a two orders under the assumption they were "Love in Faith". After placing my order for $38.82 and $27.33 with a debit card. The amount was deducted by a vendor by the name of "Yakl Bariice London" , they sent a confirmation email on May 07, 2024 at 6:10 am saying my order is on the way. The package never arrived and when inquired they told me it was running late. On June 2024 it said the package was delivered. Since then they just keep sending the same generic response to check with neighbors and surrounding area. The tracking information has since been removed and they will not respond with a sensible reply when asked for a refund.

Month later tracking stated delivered but when i got the box it was from oregon and a small fake diamond ring was in the box. No other info. Copycat company

Someone copied a company I have shopped with several times. I made a purchase with them for clearance shirts and sweatshirts. When I received my order today it was a fake ring that I have never seen before. My order now shows as being delivered. I knew something was wrong with my order when I was checking the tracking and it was coming from China. The real company is located in the US. I have already reported this to my bank.
