Similar experience to others shared. The initial confirmation I got for my order had a tracking number that didn’t work. After weeks, an agent finally responded to me and gave me a new code that magically did but then the package “was undeliverable” to my address (even though we get packages at this address constantly). Days between responses, an agent finally responds and says they’re disputing the chargeback because it was delivered and then give me tracking information for someone else’s package in a different state. My tracking eventually does update to “delivered in lobby” but that’s not even a place packages at my building can be delivered. Mind you, it was “delivered” over a month after I expected it anyways so I didn’t even want it anymore.

I got an ad on instagram that link to the Shop app — so I thought it was legitimate since I thought the shop app vetted companies. They charged my card and sent me a tracking number that isn’t legitimate and goes to some unfamiliar website. It’s been a week and nothing has arrived. It says my order has already shipped.
