I ordered from Lottie London 2 Outerbank Perfumes. 1 of each scent back in October when it was released for preorder. Put my credit card information in and submitted my order. It went through immediately and the money was taken out of my credit card.

November rolls around before Black Friday, many people were asking on tiktok when it will be shipped. They said they would ship out some before Thanksgiving. Nothing happened. Then they blamed it on Black Friday. They then said they will ship it out a few days before Christmas. I finally got a notification of a shipping label made in NJ. January comes. No package still. At this point they stopped responding to every email and TikTok and Instagram comments. No one can get a hold of anyone at Lottie London. Few weeks ago I saw the tracking number was moving and that the package was in CA. Few days later it says it will be out for delivery to my hometown. I’m thinking great it’s actually real. NOPE! The shipping label was to someone else. I contacted USPS. The label had someone else’s name on it and was not from Lottie London. It was a duplicate label. They called me and we spoke about the situation I’ve been in and they said that it sounds like a scam and they see these kinds of things all the time.

Lottie London scammed every US American who purchased these perfumes. No one ever would’ve thought this was a scam since Netflix hosted Lottie London at the poglandia event in CA for the new season of Outerbanks.

Someone please help us with this situation!!

Lottie London was advertised on Facebook, selling a fragrance for the “Outer Banks” Netflix show. The fragrances weren’t released yet, so customers had the opportunity to sign up with an email+phone number to be put on a waitlist for pre-order. Shipping for the product was supposed to start after November 21st, I placed my order on November 16th and my package has been sitting in “Union, NJ” since November 28th and hasn’t moved. I and so many others have emailed Lottie London’s customer service, we have not received any reply or updates about our packages. There’s no phone number to call Lottie London, there’s also no way to cancel your order or request a refund. $93.84 has already been taken out of my bank account.
