Then, when you try to contact the company- good luck. I emailed them twice; once from the email they sent me and once directly from their site...no response to either. I then tried calling them using two different numbers on their website, on multiple days. One goes directly to voice-mail and the other is disconnected.
I cannot believe famous athletes endorse this company, who steals money from people. I do see that Los Reyes will respond to people here, of course, so maybe I'll get lucky and receive a refund at the very least, since it now says the pair my son wants is "sold out."

To Whom It May Concern:
On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, an order (#30756) was placed through your website for 2 pair of LosReyes Sunglasses. As of this writing the order has not been shipped and is untraceable. I ordered the standard shipping which states it will be shipped in 3-4 business days. Today is business day number 5. Please respond with why a delay, how soon can I expect this order to ship, and when can I expect to see activity of an expected date of arrival. The money for the sunglasses has already been deducted from my bank account. It was deducted immediately after the order was placed. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.

Still waiting on a response! Per your website YOU RESPOND IN 24 HOURS! Your time clock must be different than mine! So now we are on EIGHT BUSINESS DAYS & STILL NO SUNGLASSES! Per tracking, the order has not been filled, sent, or even viewed! WHERE IS OUR MONEY since obviously we aren’t getting your product! Your company took the money and now no responses, product, or refund, which has already been requested! Stealing is a crime! As of this writing your company has stolen our money and ghosted us! This mother is furious that you have taken my sons money and disappointed him by not even respecting your customers enough to respond or HONOR your terms! Respond ASAP!
