Scam! You will lose your money!

I made an order 2 months ago and items haven't even shipped! I constantly email them and get no response. I have been simply asking for a refund at this point and they ignore me. I wrote them numerous times through email because they have no phone number. They haven't replied. This was my young son's birthday money and he's so upset he basically lost his money to this company. There's no way pro athletes should be collaborating with this horrible company. We are out almost a hundred bucks at this point. Totally disgusting beings it was my son's birthday money and we dont have money like that in the first place. I hope this company does what's right but it's not looking good at all.

Same thing is happening with us and my son! I see some comments on Instagram some other people having the same problem but seems odd I’m not seeing more online about this company. I am very disappointed. I wouldn’t have ordered if I would have seen more people speak up about it being a scam! But this is a scam. They could at least respond to an email.

Sunglassses

Purchased $70 order for my son on May 11th, 2023. Said it would ship 5-10 business days. It has not. And I keep getting the run around that it will “ship the next day.” Not looking promising.

1ST EMAIL on June 1, 2023 WITH NO RESPONSE

To Whom It May Concern:

On Wednesday, May 24, 2023, an order (#30756) was placed through your website for 2 pair of LosReyes Sunglasses. As of this writing the order has not been shipped and is untraceable. I ordered the standard shipping which states it will be shipped in 3-4 business days. Today is business day number 5. Please respond with why a delay, how soon can I expect this order to ship, and when can I expect to see activity of an expected date of arrival. The money for the sunglasses has already been deducted from my bank account. It was deducted immediately after the order was placed. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.

Per tracking, the order has not been filled, sent, or even viewed! WHERE IS OUR MONEY since obviously we aren’t getting your product! Your company took the money and now no responses, product, or refund, which has already been requested! Stealing is a crime! As of this writing your company has stolen our money and ghosted us! This mother is furious that you have taken my sons money and disappointed him by not even respecting your customers enough to respond or HONOR your terms! Respond ASAP!

I am just coming across these reviews and as of today i checked this order number and all the money has been refunded. We are very sorry for this experience with us. Oh I’m having the same problem with you! I placed my order May 11th and nothing. I got one email that they were shipping the next day. It’s ridiculous and a complete scam.

My son wanted sunglasses from a company he heard of called Los Reyes, so we went only and submitted an order for $38. After a week of not hearing anything from the company and after sending 2 emails asking for shipping information, I searched for the company. Their address comes up as an alley behind a Petco in Miami (9011 SW 122nd Ave Unit 106, Miami, FL 33186), their phone answer is merely a recording that says the person hasn't set up a voicemail yet (305-395-9290), their Shopify button for the order only links to the general Shopify app (not your order), and their only email address ([email protected], for customer support) never replies. We are out $38 and there appears to be no recourse.
