Loomis Constructing and Contracting, owner B L, was contracted to build our home. Loomis lied about ordering materials, refused to provide proof of purchase of materials, would not return communication, cancelled his insurance while working at the home, lied about filing an insurance claim to cover his negligence, issued bad checks, tried to convince us to demo the home, abandoned the job, and took a significant amount money. What work was completed was subpar and will need to be redone.
