Scammers

Bsck in August placed an order got a reciept and order number and sent tracking details. The oder never arrived so contacted the company informing them of isdue and told they would resend order. After avperiod of time contacted them again asking where the order was and was told its in way but was unable to give a tracking number as there was an issue with tracking number and to be patient. Constant email asking where my order was and then asking for refund the reply was alway to wait it was on its way 8 months has has past and still getting the same response. They are just scammers. Avoid at all cost if you dont want to loss your money.

Item never received

Ordered an Infinity table from an ad on Facebook. Made payment, received receipt for payment. Left for about 39 days, chased via email Meiwang. Got a reply 2 weeks later to say it had been shipped and to be patient.
Chased again asking for a tracking reference, again slow reply but tracking ref sent. Nothing showed up on tracking site.
Emailed them again, by this time another person Michelle Cattell emailed asking me to be patient and give a different tracking number, tracked it to a depot in Leicester which they tried to say was the delivery address, I am in Birmingham.
This was just before Xmas, they then apologised, said parcel had been lost and they would replace but take up to 35 days for delivery. More emails back and forth I have now told them this is unsatisfactory and I want a full refund. I have looked on companies house, it is a new business set up in June last year. Obviously scamming people 🙄 wonder how many more of us?

Their registered address is in Essex if that's help to any of you. You can get info in Google... I'm getting my money back .. had enough.

SCAMMERS

Ultimate lying thieving scammers. Ordered items in August 2023. Got an email saying its been dispatched and was provided with a tracking number only to find out the parcel was addressed and delivered to a person in a different country. Contacted company and was advised it was a mistake and sent out item again (after reconfirming my details) and was provided another tracking number. Same thing happened again, tracking number was for a person in a different country. They sent out third item and once again, the same happened. Nothing but scammers who take orders and provide fake or incorrect tracking numbers. They take their time replying to emails with baseless pathetic excuses with very poor english. Contacted my bank, explained what happened and showed them all correspondence, and I was lucky as the bank refunded me. DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVING LYING SCAMMING PEOPLE. Quick to take people's hard earned money and not delivering items paid for.

RE: LONG BEGESH DESIGN LIMITED: Don't know if this conversation is still active, but I placed an order with this company for art supplies, back in the first week of June 2023. Probably a "too good to be true" offer - but it looked legit [and I like to think I'm pretty savvy] and I still got charged, to a credit card that I subsequently had to discontinue because it was compromised. I'm not ready to let it go without some kind of fight. Getting all of the same responses from them that I am seeing here in the comments. First fake package landed in somewhen in Anchorage, Alaska, then the second fake package landed somewhere in Boulder, Colorado. Vague excuses, one after the other with constant "Thank you for your patience and consideration". Still waiting for the fake tracking number for the the third fake package. I know I need to let it go, but I'm on a mission now. I still have the complete email discussion thread, and the receipt for purchase [for what that's worth}. They actually do seem to have a website, and I contacted them through that website, thinking that maybe some legitimate site had been hacked - only to get the same responses I'd been getting all along. I'm in the US, if that helps. I'm never getting my so-called order, but I hope keeping this discussion active helps someone else to not get scammed, and gets these guys shut down. Does anyone know if there is another forum through which I can report this? This seems to be a company out of the UK. but fake shipping is always from China, Would the Better Business Bureau even be relevant in that case?

Purchased a gift for my son for a significant birthday,and it never arrived.I was given what was obviously a false tracking number,and tracked it to another town,placed a complaint with the postal co.as it wasn’t delivered to my address,just to find out I had been scammed.Emailing Mei Wang was fruitless,she just kept replying,be patient,sending a replacement,of course it never arrived either.i had the satisfaction of emailing her,and gave her what for,told her that Karma will catch her one day.Lesson learned..don’t buy off Facebook.

My mom was browsing Facebook when she saw an ad believed to be from Faber Castell having a special on an art chest. I am an artist as well as private art tutor, so she thought that purchasing 2 of them, would be beneficial. She went ahead and placed the order, which came up to a total of $59.98USD. Immediately an email was received from the aforementioned email address with a receipt attached. 2 months went by and we heard nothing from them. Not way in which the package could be tracked. Nothing! Finally, I sent Meiwang an email, asking for an update, to which she replied, “ Dear Customer,

Your order has been shipped out.

Because of a minor malfunction in our logistics system, we cannot provide you the tracking number for the moment.

Please rest assured that we will promptly fix this problem and send you the tracking number.”

Later that day, I tried reaching them via the number they provided, but that number was invalid.

Growing even more impatient, I reached out via email today. I let them know that if they cannot provide me a sufficient update regarding this package, they would be reported to the necessary authorities. This was the response I received, “ Dear Customer,
Your package is in transit,please be patient for a few days.
Thank you for your understanding and support.”
I let them know that I know that this was a scam.

It’s unfortunate that people like this exist.
