Report

They created a 3rd party website to sell tickets to the Tower of London and charged DOUBLE THE PRICE of the ticket cost at the Tower of London. You don't even receive the tickets immediately, so we had to get out of line and wait and wait for our tickets, unsure if they would even come. They refuse to provide any refund and hide behind their fine print that allows them to continue to scam people out of their money.
