SCAM!!!

I bought a wig, and two set of bundles. The hair is trash. It’s short in places, the hair doesn’t hold a curl, and after being wrapped up overnight it looked like I’ve had the hair in my head a month. I buy bundle hair all the time. I am not new to this. It took a minute to get the hair. The website states it has 30 day return policy no questions ask. Something to that nature. Them reviews are straight lies. They will not give me a return address. This is crazy!

Don't fall for the reviews they have to be paying for them they are a scam with horrible products and don't want to give your money back. they can't speak to anyone it's crazy that i finally got the return address it cost me 45.00 to return it it was worth it

The hair is horrible. The closure was thin. I ordered an ombre blond #27 and 1b, and it was absolutely horrible they kept giving me the run around but finally got the address to return that monstrosity cost me 45.00 to return it but it was worth it please do not fall for the good reviews they have to be paying people fir them or people just don't care what they put in their head

Falsely advertise hair. They send you a $30.00 party city wig for $262.00 different color and length then promised and refuse to refund just send you in circles for weeks. Communication is pretty much too hard . Never a live person only random text and emails. Party city wigs basically

This Hair is Garbage!

Wig that was supposed to be free part was bald in the middle. Highlights were so unnaturally applied that I tried to fix them by adding professional toner to blend with the darker color. After 9 days, the piece was a fried mess and unwearable. Refused refund, of course.

I spend almost $300 on a body wave highlighted wig and the color was nothing like I ordered the hair was soft and silky so as a licensed cosmetologist I went ahead and customized it how I wanted and it came out beautifully but after a few wears washes and deep conditioning wasn’t working on it anymore after wearing the wig a few hours it becomes matted and very tangled and it’s dry and brittle and clumps and clumps of hair come
Out when you detangle it on their website it says no tangling no matting super soft hair they definitely treated this so called virgin hair and I will never buy from them again NEVER they are a [censored] company and this is why I’m opening my own shop and online as well cause these Asians wanna profit off us black people and I’m sick of it! They not being honest!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from this website. They send out trash counterfeit wigs that are nothing like as described on their website. There website states that they offer full return on purchases if customer is unhappy, but when you contact them to try and return the hair they give you nothing but hassle in trying to get you to keep the hair stating that it would take too long for them to receive the hair back even though it only took 7-10 days for them to send it to you. When I tried to review the products on their website I was not able too, but yet they have so many 5 star reviews (FAKE). This company is a big scam

I ordered a 180% density wig that was 26 inches. Shipping was fast, but when I received it it had a bad smell and was very thin. I put it side by side with one of my other wigs and my other one was much more full. I decided I didn't want it due to the smell because it grossed me out. I contacted them to return it the very same day I received it. They kept trying to convince me to keep it, to give it to a family member which was very weird. Anyway they are making it very hard for me to return it, saying I have to return it to the chinese warehouse even though it was shipped from a warehouse in NY and the US warehouse is recommended for returns on the website. They are very slimy people
