He was VERY PUSHY AND RUDE AND HIGH PRICED AND THEN DIDNT JNIW HIS JOB AND DID NOT DO THE WORK THAT I WAS PAYING FOR AND STILL CHARGED ME EVEN $100 MORE THAN THE QUOTE AND I STILL HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT And ACTUALLY DO THE WORK that was needed. And he continues to tell and hang up each time I call. HORRIBLE SERVICE! CONSIDERING HE PROVIDED NONE AND STILL CHARGED ME $375! And the only info I have i sthe phone number he called me from.

The website quoted me $60 for the unlock but when the tech was between me and my car he stated the charge was almost $300. He was aggressive and threatening. He was not going to allow me access to my car without giving them $300. He was physically aggressive and scared me. This was fraud and not OK.
