Voice mails left from many many different numbers. I block them, and they call from another number. "Hey there, this is Jessica from your loan processing team. I've been trying to reach out to you regarding your loan application, but we haven't been able to connect. I just need to verify the final details mostly related to your income and a few other minor items just to complete your approval. Please return my call 877-867-5139"

I haven’t answered one call, I have been called almost daily for the last two weeks. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but my oldest kid at home just applied for a grant for community college. I don’t know if this correlates to this grant process or if it is just a coincidence…only reason I am mentioning it. However, the message never says my name or specifics about the “loan”. It’s very generic. No one’s name is mentioned and no other personal info is stated. It does start with, “Hi, this is Jessica with your loan processing team…”. I really don’t answer my phone anymore unless I know them personally and screen calls through voicemail. Remember no one is going to verify anything with you, if it’s legit that is not how verifying anything works…as far as banks, employers, insurance, etc. Treat every call like a scam.

Keep receiving phone calls from random phone numbers the most recent was 980-512-9276 leaving messages from a JESSICA with the loan dept. and leaving an application number and asking me to call back to provide the remaining info. We have not applied for any loans. Her call back number she gives is 877-867-5139. I have yet to answer and just send to vm.

They call daily, I don't answer, they leave an ideantical voicemail asking for info to complete a loan process including income and personal info and request a return call by 5pm pacific time that day. The beginning of the voicemail is always cut off, like their recording starts before my vm starts recording.

I'm looking forward to getting this wrapped up for you. Talk soon. Thank you." End of call. I didn't return the call nor answer because this is an unknown number to me. We don't have any loan requests and immediately searched to see if this was a scam. Thank you.
