My wife logged-on to Amazon.com, ordered product from the vendor (which arrived in good condition, as expected, and still in use today), and somehow the transaction was transferred to the LNDMARKCLUB.com website. BUT when she accepted the Terms & Conditions of the transaction, she DID NOT sign-up for a "Monthly Club Membership" that was part of the Terms & Conditions, so they have committed fraud by 'automatically' charged their monthly on our credit card. Right after I noticed the fraudulent credit card charges, I called their merchant phone number, reported the suspected fraud, and was informed someone from the company would contact me directly within 24 hours, and NO FOLLOW-UP RESPONSE. My wife contacted the Customer Service phone number, talked to an associate to get the monthly membership canceled, and after the finally found our customer record, was informed the Membership Fee was canceled. However they refused to give a Confirmation Number to confirm this, and they even refused to send an e-mail to have something in writing as a confirmation. This whole business is a complete SCAM, as many others have reported online.
