USA Tax-ID was paid for an LLC and an EIN. Email communication from me told them I did not want an LLC, I'm a sole proprietor. LLC fee was $400.00, EIN fee was $249.00. They refunded the EIN by accident or design. Was not able to cancel the LLC. I have the proper paperwork for that via email. The next day my bank card was charged $249.00 from company called BUSINESSTIN.COM. I am still trying to receive the EIN.
