I purchased a product for almost 60 euro and received the incorrect product of a far inferior quality and purchase value. I immediately contacted their support team for a refund. They advised that I would need to ship the incorrect product to China to return it, and they said this would cost me too much and then offered me a ridiculous $4 compensation.

They have refused to give me a refund, or send me the correct product. They will not send me the shipping details to return the incorrect product either, which goes against their policy (even thought legally they should pay for this to be returned, or allow me to keep it as it was their “Error”).

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
