The shop offers bow ties and variety of accessories. I purchased in their website a few things on November 9th 2022. After a week or so I contacted the shop via message and was told the pattern i chose was not available. After giving me different pattern options I made a different selection. A week later I followed up and was told they would not be able to fulfill my order and would be refunding me the money. It’s been 2 months and they haven’t replied to any of my multiple emails or messages.
