I always pay for my items with Paypal...when I went on to Paypal the other day there were several items ordered in American $$ I immediately contacted Paypal to stop the purchase as there were several of the same thing...Icould not get hold of the Seller Little Playland Limited, I tried so many times...apparently Paypal got hold of the seller and was told it was a legitimate purchase and would not refund and said they had posted the items...3 days after I had complained...I am a senior and these items add up to quite a sum with the exchange rate...How can I get my money back..? I would appreciate any help thanking you Maureen Durno

I have never ever had such a bad experience with regards to the online purchase. Little Playland is really scamming client, I have ordered two parcels which they did not reach my destination, I have ordered last year November 2020, at the end of January 2021 I decided to cancel the order via email but no one acknowledged that they received it, after January I have been sent from pillar to post by different agents from little playland telling me different things, It’s like they are working for different companies. I am so sick and tired of them, I have sent numerous emails and they said unfortunately they cannot cancel my orders, they went in and paid me 15% refund and stated their stupid reason. They are the best scammers on earth, l have lodged numerous disputes with pay pal and they just close the case without investigating. I now no longer have an option to lodge a dispute. I need to know what happens if the client no longer want the due to the incompetence service from the company providing service, I received the slips to go and collect and I assumed it was from little playland but I did not go because I want the post office to return to sender. What happens if the service provider sent the wrong size or wrong order, what rule or process do they apply because they have given me track numbers and I phoned the post office and that was in March 2021, the post office said that it has not reached their destination. I have more than 100 email going back and fourth. They are total scammers but I will not take this lying down!

On September 2nd, 2020; I ordered a pair of Magnetic Slimming Earrings for $16.77 Order #********; which I attached the receipt that was sent to me through email. After a month, I contacted them through an email address of: [email protected]. I received an email telling me that due to Covid, the item was just sent mailed and I will receive it in about 7-14 days. Two months go by, still no delivery and no email. Again, I emailed them asking for a refund and was told because it was in transit; I couldn't get a refund. So again, they give me these tracking numbers that leads to nowhere. This is one of the tracking numbers given which is sfb2c,usps tracking number: ******************. I press on the tracking number and it says that it cannot locate the information. Everytime, I emailed them they would give me a tracking number of Tracking number: of **********,**********that leads no where. I emailed them again requested my refund and to inform them that I was writing BBB. I also filed a dispute through PayPal who doesn't want to deal with this company and directs me back to them. I informed PayPal that it is no way I can get in touch with them because they do not have a phone number nor address where they can be tracked. I am waiting on a response from PayPal. I am good about reading reviews before I bought this stuff but forgot in excitement and ordered it. I am very dissatisfied with this company. Once I looked back at PayPal; this company is under a different name called Little Playland limited. I tried looking them up as well since they have a Facebook page and everything. Still no luck. All things must come to an end and I hope I am the one to bring them to the end.
