Good evening,

I purchased a princess pay wand on 3/8. I did not receive it until 3/27. It arrived broken and I began trying to contact someone to return it. I have not received a reply and I am nearing the 30 days. I am not satisfied and I would like to resolve this. Please respond. Thank you.
