I had purchased three products for Easter to give out to the children in my family. I ordered in the middle of March and was told it would be received before Easter. Easter came and went. I contacted them a total of four times and was told to keep waiting. I finally reached out to PayPal. I ended up having to file a claim. And somehow I lost it! So this company just took my money. Do not purchase from them.

Ordered a bunny that I saw on an instagram account for my daughter for Easter never arrived. Contacted them they said that they resent the item. It also never arrived. They said it got held up in customs. Asked for a refund. They said they would refund me once it arrives. It's never coming. It been two months.

Advertisement found on my Facebook page on March 18, 2026, promising Handmade Soft Bunny Charms. I purchased two for Easter gifts for my daughters. Product was supposedly shipped from Sweden according to tracking information, but tracking stopped once it cleared customs and arrived in Detroit, Michigan. https://tracking-hub.com/?nums=7******************. I contacted [email protected] asking when to expect my shipment and was told they checked tracking information and there were no updates, promising to re-ship my order on April 21, 2026.
