To much sales tax added

purchased foldable stairs for my dog to get into vehicles. when i used paypal to pay for it the total with sales tax came to $74.19 but when it showed up on my account it was $88.19 and sales tax was listed as $14.70. opened a dispute with paypal and are waiting for an answer. i check
ed this LisSabrava and found this site to be a scam

Buyers beware

I ordered retractable straps on Dec 2nd. Christmas special. It is now 3/14/25 still haven’t received product. According to seller they were delivered 1/26/25. I have emails stating they were in transit until 2/28. The tracking number they gave me is for someone’s else’s name and delivered to a different address in our town. No refund no product Pay pal no help either.
