I was on my phone and this Adventism about fat burning and how he helped his wife and test of other people and getting everything together such as the herbs to make this fat burner and how it going for this amount and how you should get it now because the orders come in and they can not fill them the orders, however, I ordered the bottles 6 for 500 and had to get this amount approved to use my credit card which is (Affirm) then they wanted to add a powder on and i only wanted one jar but ended up getting 6 containers at 301.00 again had to get this approved for this amount by my credit card (Affirm) so the total came to $ 801.00 I Decided that i really could not afford this i called them about the order, and they report it was on its way to my house. So i received it and i called them and told them i wanted to return dure i could not afford this and i would return it and pay the postage myself and they said i could receive my complete refund. Then once it was return they going to say that they did not charge me that amount and that what i received as a refund was what they charged me which is not true and now i still have to pay my card for product that i do not have. I received a refund for first orders of $294 + 6.62(tax)= 300.62 and i paid $500.00 for that order and that's all I received back as a refund because that is what they see that was spend when i really spend $500. The second order which was the 6 containers i was charged $301.00 they refund me $179 + 4.03 = 183.03 is all i received for the refund for the second order. I still have to pay my card money for product that i do not have and they reports that i did not pay for and i contacted Affirm and they tell me to call the company about the rest of the money because this is how much they paid them for the product $801.00 total . They are only paying me what they see in the computer not the real amount i paid. So this is a scam and i will be paying for something that i do not have. I returned the complete order not open in the same box it came in and paid for the postage. i want the rest of my money back. My compliant is that they over charge you then say that you did not pay that amount, and my credit card did not over charge me but they did, and will not return my money because they do not see the amount that was paid but only how much is on the web site. Thank You I hope i explain this well, and understandable.
