Attempted to use my cewdit card number twice - both times my.credit card declined it. Now I have to get a new card and update ALL of my auto pays and recent orders. That is better than them charging things to me. I applaud my credit card company!

So on Sunday March 23rf I started seeing transaction try to come out of my account on my Apple Pay but they kept declining today as I’m trying to go have dinner with my children off my last 60 bucks when it’s time to check out I had 20 bucks left so I was like the second I transferred the money they had itand there was nothing I could do about it. They’re checking into it but I’m [censored] out of luck. I’m a single mother of nine left in an abusive relationship and I’m struggling. and there was nothing I could do about it. This fraudulent website has tried to charge my credit card 6 times in 2 weeks for $39.95 each time. The website claims they are a “customer support” company but with no details of what the support is actually for. I believe they tried to access while I was at a fundraiser bidding on an auction item. My credit card is virtual, I was notified immediately and my card number changed. Fortunately they were unable to get any money but have since tried 5 additional times to access my account with the old number. The phone number they used is linked to a residence in FL, also a fake.

I found 3 separate credit card charges starting 2/4/23 with a $1.95, followed by 39.99 and the third charge for $3.95. the website shows nothing for sale other that general statements such as "We are the ones you can trust the most", "Premium customer support", "highly trained agents" etc.

In the means to pay is says, "We offer payment thru all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or by cheque, money order, debit card, and Paypal." NOTICE CHEQUE IS SPELLED AS THEY DO IN ENGLAND.

We did not order anything from within the state of Florida. Our Credit Card company has been notified of the fraudulent charges.
