When the delivery was late, I discovered it was coming from China. The items I received were well made, but the sizes didn't fit. There were no return instructions in the package. When I contacted the company to return items, they did not send a return label as advertised. Numerous e-mails have been exchanged with several options to mitigate the circumstances. However, none was the option to return for full refund. In addition, they have not sent a return label for return OR exchange. They have offered a discount for future purchases, a partial discount for returned items (with no instructions for return) and a combination of either/or.
