This was a product that ran ads on the web site about patches that get rid of dark spots, quinones, scars and weight. They had this clear tape that looked like packing tape for shipping boxes etc. They would show it placed on the area they wanted to remove and with time elapsed time and trick photography made it look like it went away. I instantly bought it but the reviews were also fake. Frustrated it had a 2.9 rate now they switched their rating to 5.0. They are making themselves look good but stealing your money by not giving you what you want. Instead they lie to you saying it was shipped out and using Amazon as a scape goat to get refunds from. They don't listen to anything you say. The robots they use for hurt support are programmed right, switch everything to them. This is a total rip off and I have sent messages to them requesting a refund only to get a run around. This has to stop this company or whatever they are needs to give me my money back!! asap
