I got an email but tracking number to track the package and cash app keep denying me my money back.

The decision to purchase was influenced by the vendor’s return policy, which is stated on their website as the customer needing to pay for the cost of shipping to a specified address in Michigan after emailing the company to initiate the return. When attempting to make my return, the company replied to my email saying I would need to pay for shipping to a different address than what is stated on their website, the new address being located in Hong Kong China, and that they will not reimburse me for my purchase until they receive the returned good. Therefore the actual cost of returning is significantly higher than what is advertised on the vendor’s website. This practice of misinformation enables the vendor to convert more prospective buyers into paying customers by getting them to believe there is much lower risk in their purchase than what is reality.
