I ordered the product that claims they will ship with in 7 to 10 days. After a month I contacted them and asked for a refund. They replied with they would check into it and expedite the transportation process. I asked for a refund again and they said The logistics company reported that there is something wrong with your package, and the recipient needs to contact the local post office to confirm what the specific situation is.

I again asked for a refund and they told me We are checking this with relevant departments. Will get back to you ASAP once there is a response.

I asked for a refund one last time and they responded with We are so sorry for what happened.

As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.

What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

In this case, we have a solution for you:

If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.

They will not give me a refund but want to charge me more money. Something is wrong?
