The LLC has business flipping houses. They encouraged to pay 12% annually. Invested 100k only for a year. Over 1 year no received payment and not able to return the money. Borrowed another 50k to refinance their real stated for them to pay the investor come to find out they cannot able to refinance. They kept the money and not able to return the 150k. I’ve been texting begging to take the money but not able to return. They promised after they pull out their retirement but nothing happening. Now they promise to pay in 2 years but I needed the money pls help me.
