Lights Over America Reports & Reviews – Page 4 (140)

This was on their site July 7th, 2021. I don’t know of many companies that act this way… Seems extremely childish and unprofessional.

You should go read it now if your master didn't like this.

Here's a message from Lights Over America admitting that they do not put on events and also stating they are not party planners. They do charge the consumer a fee to enter an event for which they admit they do not put on. If it doesn't show, their words exactly go: WE OFFER NO SERVICES. YOU PAID FOR AN ENTRY PASS WHICH YOU DID RECEIVE, YOU DIDN'T HIRE US TO HOLD THE EVENT FOR YOU, IF THAT WERE THE CASE YOU'D OWE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT PURCHASE. WE'RE NOT PARTY PLANNERS AND OFFER NO PARTY PLANNING SERVICES.

This seems to contradict everything on their website.

We stated we're not party planners because we aren't. We're a private festival, we hold private events you're either approved to gain entry or your not. You don't hire us to hold events, we hold events, like a private function you pay to participate in, or like you pay a door fee to a club. The lights fest runs like party planners because it's to lure in ppl to convert to the mormon cult.. you don't get a say in our dates, what we have, where we have it, if it's rescheduled, who can attend, etc...with a party planner you do because you pay for the entire event. This was explained to you many times michael while you continued trying to blackmail us. You didn't actually report us as claimed because you know blackmailing a business is a federal offense.

Scam company claiming that they have 40% off tickets until next week that stays permanently on the site just to get sales. When you purchase tickets, you’re sent an email to “activate” and you do not get ticket or location info. Has fake events in cities that never end up happening. Has gone under a different name like Light the Night. Has a fake Facebook and Instagram with some Likes but no comments are allowed. Lost hundreds of dollars to this scam company. They try scare tactics by saying they’ll charge thousands of dollars if you dispute or try to get a refund. Beware!

Prices on the website is 40% the original price and doesn't stay up forever. You also see the price at checkout which no one makes you continue with your purchase, you choose to. We don't allow comments due to all the fake accounts made by the cult to scam ppl into buying fake tickets. The other companies allow it because they're behind the fake accounts lol. We don't allow it so we cut off comments. They're not going back on either, suck it up. That's interesting, thousands of dollars are for specific individuals everyone can go read and see. So the cult leaders are mad, to bad. We're now moving forward of a collection of names of you all they sent to add into a anti trust violation lawsuit against all followers and the cult itself and their company's. We're also in contact with government officials already going back on people for violating anti trust laws to gain a monopoly. We will continue to put a name to all of you and show the truth. Don't be amber heard if you don't want exposed like her.

We also did not receive goods/ services for what we paid for. Didn't receive tickets, a refund and they have gone out the way to respond to me via personal email that we no longer have the opportunity to sell the tickets thru their 'fan2fan exchange' because we called them out for being scammers. They literally have taken our money, given us nothing and now refuse to resell our tickets [we never received them]. It's theft. Going thru the process of filing a claim to the Texas AG as well as my bank.

michael benavides, do you ever stop lying? You're the male version of amber heard, man. You know good and well you instantly received what you needed to check-in. Because you didn't like we don't accept paper tickets you could scalp isn't on us. Your personal email, you mean the email you provided us to communicate, the email you used to try to blackmail us, that email. We will be posting all of those emails michael so the world can see with your name and state so people know. You did not file anything on us and you know we'd send them your blackmail emails which would get you into trouble not us. We could have pressed charges but it's better to let others know you lie and see the proof. Your passes were revoked for trying to blackmail us michael, we told you they could be sold until you began your blackmail scam. You also kept pretending we're the lights fest when we have zero connection to the mormon cult. Our company owner is from a state where someone else's concert ignored storms and winds which ended in a few people's deaths, we will not do that because people think we should. No event should ever allow you to purchase entry into their event as you have no respect for others safety as long as you get your way, and will also attempt blackmail when you don't. It didn't work though michael and now literally the world will be reading your messages you sent us with your name on them. Hmm darpa, interesting.

What's has been the recourse for you? They've cancel on the Chicago event twice now

This company advertises they conduct an event. The event was scheduled for May 22nd. They moved the event to September. They never sent me a ticket or location or venue of the event. They sent me an email on March 9th to fill out a form to activate my account. Which i did on April 18th. I asked for the tickets and venue then. They kept saying i need to fill out this form which was submitted and I have a screen shot of. They just keep moving the event and blame the weather. I have multiple people say they have been scammed by this company does this. They take customers money and say they are none refundable. They change their name every few years. It was Light the night and then Lights Over America. It’s wrong to advertise an event they never plan on executing and taking peoples money.

Amy, you were told multiple times before you could attend that you needed to purchase the required parking pass and multiple times that you needed to activate the passes that you already received. The time you filled it out you put the wrong order number because you didn't want to be held to any of the event's terms, you still continued to ignore the rules. You also thought you got a say in when or if we could reschedule the event when you didn't hire us to hold it for you. We also don't change our name every few years, either. We took over for light the night when the mormon cults useful [censored] bankrupted the company with exactly what they're trying to pull now. Just like they did to 1000 lights. This time that cult is being exposed along with their amber heards.
