After fraud increased on companies by card holders during the lockdowns visa is finally changing their rules. We've also contacted them to let them know their own employees are doing it, also falsly listing chargebacks as fraud for friends, and family, church members, etc. We also sent them these employees names, one recently disputed using visa so oh well to their job soon.

We're looking into also holding michael and arish criminally responsible for lying to people so they will think they're not committing a crime when they are.

https://www.bhlawfirm.com/blog/2022/04/are-there-consequences-for-filing-false-c...

You shouldn't listen to arish rivers lies pretending we're not a real or legal company, it will land you in prison and with fines. Our policies you agree to are legally binding, and disputing a charge you know you intended to place is a crime, chargeback fraud, aka, credit card fraud can land you in prison and responsible for fines, it also results in loosing your ability to have a bank account. Helping them try to bankrupt us to shut us down violates federal anti trust laws as well. We're moving forward with pressing fraud and theft charges on those who listened to arish and falsly disputed your charge, and information was sent to collections agencies. We noticed michael erased our message with the link to a lawyer informing everyone of chargeback fraud so we'll post it and the article from visa.

huong hua.. peter schwartzman is your real name, we asked was that your real name for our lawyers to add to the list of those helping the mormon cult violate federal anti trust laws. You had their water lantern festivals address for their event. We asked you where you got that address from

You were also informed that 17 year olds cannot attend without a parent, and no parking pass was purchased because we don't allow drop offs.

My daughter spent $215 from Sky Lantern Festival website promising an event on August 13, from 5-10 in Chicago. The website looks legit and everything seem elaborate, promising a magical evening. When it came to delivery, there’s no festival. I went around with their Attendee Help without success. I asked for a contact and was threatened with lawyers. My 17 year old had been scammed.

How many fake names do you go by peter schwartzman? You originally gave us the name huong hua, now you're using this one. Yes we asked if your real name was peter to give to our lawyers for our anti trust lawsuit against the mormon cult. You had their festivals location not ours. We asked you where you got the address from and you knew you messed up because it was their events locations. We also informed you that 17 year olds can't attend without a parent, and no parking pass was purchased, which was all a requirement. What none of you understand is helping the mormon cult violate anti trust laws, which is what you did so you could dispute, is against the law, it violates federal law, and it also violates credit card laws, it's credit card fraud, which is also another federal offense. We're more than happy to post the full live chat messages on our website for everyone to see. The mormon cult will throw you under the bus like they do all the rest they have when caught.

Bought tickets for the Sacramento, CA April 2022 event. Lights Over America cancelled the event and said it was to be rescheduled to Aug 13. They cancelled the event citing monkeypox concerns and restrictions issued by the state of CA. CA has not levied any restrictions relating to moneypox on events.

The company is operating maliciously and illegally in various areas. See exhibit A - where the organizers do not even have the permit for the event, permission to be on the advertised premises, and where it is illegal to release an open flame into the sky - https://fox4kc.com/business/light-the-world-festival-in-lawrence-doesnt-have-per... />
CA is a high fire hazard state and has strict rules about event permitting, safety, and insurance requirements. I cannot locate any information pertaining to Lights Over America showing they even have legal grounds to operate or conduct business activity in CA and have not been able to locate any permits with the County or City of Sacramento for the multiple dates the event has been billed and / or rescheduled for.

Lights Over America knows they are operating illegally and is thus in violation of CA Penal Code 532 - Theft by false pretenses, which is defined as defrauding someone of money or property by way of false promises or representations. The malicious intent demonstrated through their pattern of operation equates to felony charges and due to the fact that they are entering into contracts with ticket holders under illegal circumstances, ALL LOA DICTATED TERMS OF THE CONTRACT IMPLIED THROUGH TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN SOLD IN CALIFORNIA ARE AUTOMATICALLY VOID.

Lights Over America needs to refund all money collected for tickets sold to the Sacramento event or they are subject to criminal prosection.

I'm happy to discuss the terms of a refund for the event my family member purchased. I won't remove this report, but I will not continue looking into them nor pursue any legal action against them if a full refund is issued for etix order number 255055463, internal order #10663049478

Arish, you might want to read this

https://www.losangelescriminallawyer.pro/california-penal-code-section-182-pc-co...

🤣 further to show this scammer, they use a term used by the mormon cult "light the world" to pretend we're not legal. Again, you don't need to get permission to hold an event in a city it's not near because the mormon cult thinks we need their permission to hold an event.

Heather cary, or is your real name arish rivers? You committed fraud! And used someone else's credit card to purchase 1 admission pass, no parking pass. We're alerting the card company and authorities because unlike you, we're actually legitimate! We are a legal company and our contracts are legal. We are not scammers, that's the mormon cult owned festivals. You obviously are a scammer and probably an illegal stealing others cards and money. Your 1 pass is hereby REVOKED for committing fraud. No refund will be given, we'll be posting the etix information on Instagram so everyone can see. Printing paper passes does you no good. Anyone who disputes WILL be sent to collections. Thank the mormon cult if you take their advice and your out a lot more.

So michael appears to be armed and mentally unstable with his obsession over us denying him a refund and sending him over to collections after his attempt to blackmail us failed. He's pulling this right before our Dallas event and our Houston event that's getting closer. With all the shootings going on we will be red flagging michael before our events as he is a threat. We've also reached out to multiple other event companies to put him on a watch list. We will red flag anyone else who exhibits violence, or obsession, with the event. You won't be seeing us michael but you will be seeing officials.

So besides trying to blackmail lights Over america, michael benavides of texas lies, constantly. As you see he lies making it look like we messaged him out of the blue when the TRUTH is he used our website live chat to send us more messages as you see below. We've connected him to many others also part of lds posting false claims on us. Michael pretends we're fake over weather except he has a relative that works at darpa which uses weather as a form of war against others. For more information there will be a long informational email on our website tomorrow about michael and all, and everyone We've connected him to.

I bought two tickets for the Lantern Festival Lights over America, which was promoted on the website when it was held in Lansing,Michigan on June 25th, on April. The ticket was settled on Etix's HP and the ticket was sent by e-mail. I received an email on May25th to activate my ticket, so I registered the email, phone number and participating members.

Information from a friend at this point made me suspect that it was a scam.

There was no email address, phone number, or company address on the homepage, and there were no pictures of the participants on social media, only image images.

I had estimated that it wouldn't be held, but as expected, there was no contact with the venue on the day before June 25, and no contact on that day. The weather was not bad on the day and it was sunny, and I was convinced that it was a fraud because I did not receive a reschedule.

I was worried about whether personal information was leaked, so I changed all the information immediately.

There are many people who complain of similar damage when searching the Internet, but I was convinced that the account claiming to be Lights over America was abusive to the accuser and was a fraud. The homepage is still the same and active. Etix sell the ticket even though a lot of victims. I hope that no similar victims will appear in the future.

Kareem, you did NOT have admission passes to our Lansing event. We can easily prove this as well.

Another screenshot from FOA posted, this one a possible threat to come to my house. The answer is yes I do but since I'm a bigger liar than Amber Heard, you can find out that answer yourself Lights over America

I see you had our posts removed, you flat out lied micael but don't fret we're going to post all information on our website that we posted on here. Including letting everyone see your relative works for darpa. We're turning you into federal authorities for attempted blackmail, fraud, etc. And letting them know you have firearms and are not mentally stables.

Just wanted this to be seen. I've received a new message from Fraudsters over America. Check out the screen shot. These thieves just can't help themselves

Purchased tickets on Black Friday for Poconos. They said a week before the event they would send details. Didn’t get an email so I emailed them, contacted them thru their instagram and Facebook. They answered that they received my message and that only a certain staff can answer. Sent several more, they posted it may be too windy in the area even though the weather report disagreed, we never got the location for the event and now we’re out $230.00. If you dispute the charges they fine you over $3000.

+1

We are a real business and we do send dispute fees over to collections

It’s just a scare tactic. The business isn’t valid being that they are scammers. They hate disputes because they lose the money they stole, and get fined a fee. Dispute the charges with your bank and don’t worry about the “chargeback”.

So I have an order and order number never got an email stating where the email was located and never got an email showing me the actual tickets just an email that shows my order number and what tickets I bought with the price

Sorry to tell you, but you were scammed. I would definitely dispute the charges. Good luck!

If you want to see why these bogus claims are on here go to our website and read our blog listed at the bottom of every event page. It's called we're not the lights fest scam.

The mormon cult will be exposed for what they do to try to force their competitors out of business. That includes all their followers who go online lying for them.

Don't try to destroy others lives when yours can be destroyed with the truth. Don't be an amber heard and lie or like johnny depp, we will expose your lie and put your name to it for all to see.

Don't want to risk the weather not working out, simply don't buy, we don't beg for people like the cult does because we're not trying to lure you there to convert you and add you and your children as sister wives lmao. We don't care if you see this as unprofessional, it's unprofessional to lie on others for your cult leader. It's interesting that one of these individuals has a relative with the same name as someone who is part of darpa, weather modification as a form of war, who has cult followers in the service now?

Also michael thanks for ratting yourself out as this other name as well. We posted no conspiracy, we've collected proof of everything we said and will be posting it this week on our website to for everyone to view, including your relative and their employment at darpa. This website has also been reported to authorities after noticing our posts are gone. We're in the process of getting ownership information now. We WILL continue to call out everyone lying so get over it, it's our 1st amendment right as well. We've also posted on a website that warns businesses of scam artists.

And there you go, they admitted they're the mormon cult 🤣. Our event is zero business of yours. You will never see photos besides the lantern releases, cry all you want, you'll still be crying years from now 🤷‍♀️ your lies bring us more people because they don't like cults either.

michael, if I were you I'd be hiding, you already tried blackmailing us, you've lied on here, we can't wait for the feds to show up at your door.

FOA,

You claim to hate trump (cool), be woman-owned, and have a distaste for mormons. We get it, but.. it isn’t creative enough.

Your grammar is pitiful and I have a feeling you’re actually a disgruntled man with social issues. Your belief in conspiracies are comical and lack-luster. It’s 2022, you can only change your business name for so long before [censored] starts to stink. It’s not going to get better for you from here — heed my words.

My suggestion(s):

1) Find a real job and quit spending your time on the computer trying respond to every negative response. It’s unhealthy and your blood pressure is probably high with the amount of disputes you’ve received.

2) Take a deep breath. The fees to open your website and manage it are probably ridiculous. We have one life, each choice matters. Why not try making a positive one for a change?

If you are not a scam, can you tell us the last time you held an event that was not postponed due to "weather?" Can you post pictures of your events on your social media instead of generic lantern photos?

Hi Fraudsters Over America! Taking the time to call out people who've reported you, your stink must be spreading faster than you would like. To anyone who finds this website, congratulations, consider yourself lucky and do not give money to these crooks. You'll get nothing in return. And to FOA, I'm still waiting for that defamation lawsuit and the counter blackmail lawsuit and for you to ruin my credit and all those penalties your imposing on me. You did promise me all that after all. Everyone else, you can successfully get your money back by going thru the bank you used to purchase these "tickets" to nowhere for a non-existent event.
Yours Truly...MB

Bought 2 tickets and a parking pass in Feb 2022 for the event in Poconos on June 4, but we never heard back from the event staffs regarding the address of the event. I was told via ETIX that my request for refund was denied. That’s fine. I reported fraud through my credit card company and got my refund, and I also requested for a new credit card. Don’t be fooled or frightened by their stupid refund policy. If your bank gives back your credit, it means that your bank deems LOA fraudulent, so LOA cannot charge you again.

Jason, you obviously had tickets to night lights event because we've no admission passes under your name, you're not listed as a guest on anyone else's order, and we've not had any disputes or lost any. Don't be an amber heard, no one will ever believe you again when caught lying.

I purchased two tickets and a parking pass to an event that promotes a sky lantern festival nationwide. I purchased those tickets in may 2020 it was as individual attendee, The event has been canceled 4 times.

First they notify by email , the rest were just in website and social media.

Every time I contacted the company asking for my money or a refund, a very rude , aggressive and offensive person replied my emails acting as a victim and in a very unprofessional way .

They noticed I work for media and after several attempts they decided to revoke my tickets just because I was supposed to inform I work for media and I needed and approval even thought I was attendee as a regular person who goes to a public event .

they have disable for followers to comment or port in facebook and instagram . And all you see in their post in a screen shot of their costumers complains , but act as victims .

They do not offer refunds . and the website doesnt even have an address business or phone number

paola monroy, thanks for showing the majority of the bogus claims on here is you. You are the ONLY media person that has EVER tried to sneak in and got caught. Now everyone on here knows all the posts are yours. You got caught violating a basic rule, grow up and act like an adult. We've posted every correspondence online for everyone to see.

I purchased two tickets and a parking pass in may 28th 2020 . Its been a year already and the event was canceled 4 times due to pandemic first and then weather. Its understandable at the beginning , what it is not is that I contacted this company and the person behind customer service or scammer is extremely rude, unprofessional and offensive . They noticed I work for media and decided to revoke my ticket because I was supposed to inform I am a journalist even I was attending as a regular attendee and I paid on my own for ticket like other public local events I like to go .

Every time i tried to get an answer about what I paid they respond in a very offensive way and acting and they are following rule . My question is what rule ? all events I pay for if they are being canceled I have gotten my money back . This is the first time and event is being canceled for time, they do not offer refunds, if I dispute they will charge $500 because they have my card information .

I have reported this to BBB and FTC . I want everyone to be aware this a scam . The are not even registered in the city to do events .

Hi again paola monroy

I spent $985 on nonrefundable tickets on January 30, 2022gambling for good weather and Covid restrictions to work out.
The event was scheduled for this Saturday, March 19, 2022.
Just received an email saying that it is scheduled due to weather and reminding me that the tickets are nonrefundable.
The weather is gorgeous and predicted to remain so through the weekend.

Kareema (stefen), lie! We have live chat on our website. You never completed the online activation form which is a requirement for entry. Also your not letting these people know that American express has a lawsuit against your husband possibly for fraud since his name isn't stefen.

Kathiann, you mean your entry was revoked for refusing to list all guest names on your order, which is a requirement, and also for trying to purchase entry for 9 people for our vip section which is only for 4 people. The event was rescheduled due to all the rain before the date making the venue to muddy to use.

I purchased tickets for an event on Saturday on the poconos 6/4 and don’t have any location details. No way to contact them either

I am impressed this company still scamming people nationwide , I got my tickets in 2020 and never got my money back, I was insulted several times by the one in charged on managing inf from this . Report them to FTC, BBB, USA.GOV
