I ordered 12 pairs of silky pants. The tracking info was in Chinese. When I got a msg that the order was delivered, I sent them an email and they argued that it was delivered. They refused to give me a refund or the product.

I ordered women's ultra stretch, ice silk comfort casual pants 12 pack size XXL inseam petite SKU number 2198556986029 on August 22 @14:04:18. Order number ZDD60606. I paid $1.99 for shipping insurance. I emailed them on 9/4 asking about order was told to be patient. Emailed them again on 9/12 again was told to be patient that it takes 20 days. Emailed again on 9/14 didn't get a response. Checked tracked today and saw that it said order was delivered on 9/13 at 3:18 am. I have camera on both of my doors and never received the package.

I ordered 12 pack women's ultra stretch ice pants in June and got an email saying they was delivered on July 17. I never received them. Camera never seen anything. I complained to them and they told me to ask post office or check with neighbors.

Site popped up while playing a game on my Ipad. Should have known it was too good to be true; but I already had 3 of these pairs of pants and liked them; however not from this site.
