It’s a giant scam. This guy is named Dalton York and he’s been doing this for years. Everything on the website is a lie. If you see it advertised in your area, reach out to your state Department of Revenue to shut him out.

Bought tickets and parking pass for an event scheduled in Colorado. It costed me ~250$. I should have done some research before buying the tickets. Got scammed by the fake pictures in their website. Now after 5 mins research, I realized I am a fool.

* I never saw a company that does victim shame. On this page, every response from them seems like calling victims as liars.
* And their Instagram page and tiktok website have comments turned off. I am not sure who is following their Instagram pages (where no one is allowed to add comments, and we need to see their bull[censored] posts)

Even after these many complaints, how come they can maintain this website? Could someone please let me know how to make a complaint on this website?

I purchased tickets and event was cancelled and rescheduled. I could not attend the "rescheduled" date, so I was able to post tickets in their resale site. They said they resold them, but I never received refund. They told me to dispute fees with credit card company, but due to reschedules it had been over 6 months from purchase and credit card company could not do anything. I asked for proof that they refunded my money. They could not provide. I asked for company location or headquarters they did not provide. I would file a claim, but have no address or company information that is legitimate. If anyone does a class action suit, I want in. I have a lot of documentation.

I have tried contacting lightsoveramerica regarding new schedule date for the events and activation issues but have not had any luck. My event has been postpone twice and when lightsoveramerica did respond, it was short and simple and not much detail. I still have many questions unanswered about the event and ticket that I bought. I had to keep messaging them in the chat with all my information but this was going nowhere with it. I am just fed up and would like to talk to someone regarding the issues of continuous rescheduling the event date. I take time off work and travel to the city that the event will be held at and this was supposed to be an engagement propose, which is now an anniversary. I would just like to attend the event with my significant other but I don't think that is going to happen as I have not heard back.

Nope, we're filing fraud and theft charges on everyone who falsly disputed their charge along with seeking reimbursement for all charges. And in California we're also filing conspiracy charges on everyone who disputed. Don't listen to Michael benavides here of exxonmobil. They're just pissed the owner is creating her own gas company so exxonmobil will go under. Hi michael 👋 see you soon.

Our 2022 events did not allow proposals which anyone who has messaged has been told this. We do not make exceptions as it has been not allowed due to insurance so no matter how many times you expect us to violate our insurance rules because you think we should, we will not! Our website has this information posted so you purchased knowing it violates our event rules.

It is 100% a scam. Just dispute the original charge with your credit card company to get your money back. Lights over America will threaten you with extra fees if you dispute, but its a lie and scare tactic.

We had a group of individuals to buy entry to a new jersey event and refuse to complete our required activation form, many were sex offenders, a couple had drug charges, and others who are questionable because they gave no information. One individual serving in the air force was somehow able to buy entry using a fake name close to the unibombers name, being right around 9-11 we didn't find this comical in the least, especially since tried to use his service to get out it, and the events date. With individuals refusing to give real information we rescheduled the event and requiring the real id to entry the next date. We actually take the event and attendees security a major priority, so when you refuse to abide by it, you're not getting event info until you do. Loa's founder has had the real id for a few years now, it doesn't cost a lot more and it proves you are who you say you are. The fact many have a problem with being required to prove they're then in a time where some type of violence happens in the usa says more about them and possible I'll intentions for the event. We will not reschedule for this again as those who don't follow the event rules will just not get event information until they decide to. Events will go on without them.

You are a joke. If you want people to take you seriously, prove that you are not a scam. Post photos of an event that actually happened. We are all waiting.

This website is a scam. It never holds events. They charge you and then the event gets “cancelled”. Every photo is a stock photo. Do your research. It is built into their terms that if you contact your bank to get your money returned…they have the “right” to charge you $1000 cancellation fee? These people need to be in jail.

All lies, minus the cancelation fees, however, we don't charge your card for it. If you purposely buy knowing weather can cause a reschedule and you then commit fraud and theft by falsly Disputing we will recoup our loss, and file charges. Not one regular person has disputed, only those sent to do such by our competitors which are all owned by lds members. Just telling the truth is so easy yet none of you will. We will make sure everyone knows who owns the other Festivals and show how unscrupulous they are, including their followers on here. We have no problem telling the truth and being honest, you should try it sometime.

I was told that there was a burn ban in affect and that we would receive an email the following week with the new date set in October I have yet to receive that notification. I’m not saying exactly that they scammed me, but I have yet to receive a new date, as well as two emails for a contact back and still haven’t heard from them. Just need to know why I paid $200 to not receive anything in return. LOA if you would like to email me please do [email protected] thanks

brandon, first off, you're not a victim, you didn't complete the activation until here recently, months after you were supposed to complete it. Let's say a child doesn't complete their homework and gets an f, etc, are they a victim of their teacher? Is their teacher a scam because the child failed to complete its homework? No, it isn't a victim just like you're not. Correcting lies such as yours is not victim shaming, it's showing you're a liar and attempting to defame loa. Lying online is an automatic entry revocation. We're more than happy to post your activation (address marked out) and purchase so everyone can see you finally completed your activation the day you posted on here.

Follow up, I have activated my tickets, purchased my parking pass. I have done all of the things that they required of me. We have no proof of any of their events ever happening. Please choose to repost this. As sad as it is, people are choosing to spend upwards of $200 to be scammed by a company that only victim shame and say that it’s the users fault. Again if this isn’t a scam please contact me as requested 😊

By the way you need to ire someone that knows what they are talking about. Air Traffic Controllers don't work for the airlines. FAA FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION. KEY WORD FEDERAL. FAA falls under the DOT. Government agency. Educate yourself.

Faa, dot = transportation via AIRPLANE, so you do work for but not an employee of the airlines. Also, there is no actual government agency, the country is a corporation, the feds, the faa, etc is also its own corporation that works via contracts, like a city police department, cps, dmv/bmv, etc are corporations working via contracts. You should actually learn how the country is set up before telling someone is educated that they need to educate themselves.

Accusing me of lying yet they even know that the FAA belongs to the DOT. Government agency. What a fraud. Have offered many times to send them proof of my Government ID even my passport. Yet they won't accept it. Also it amazing that they accuse me of being a liar and being someone else. Yet they don't mind taking a payment from someone they are accusing of being a fraud. What a joke. Big time fraud. They try using scare tactics so people won't go after them. Don't fall for it. They are fraud report them to the authorities.

vincent,, I see michael from exxonmobil and owner of scampulse deleted my response again so here it again. Common sense, the faa is part of the dot as it's transportation...via airplane, so you work for the airport but not an employee of the airport. Not to mention nothing is an actual government agency, all are private corporations with contracts to do whatever. Good example is a city police department, cps, bmv/dmv, etc. And no we don't accept passports and that's our right, especially when individuals refuse to give guests names and information. The founder of loa has already held a real id for awhile now. So what's your problem with verifying you are who you claim to be. Real id's are harder to fake, a passport, there's lots of fakes. What's funny is real id's weren't being asked for until so many refused to say who their guests were, and the air force member 100% lied about who they were. We're allowed to have rules, you wanted to continue to break them so you all are the reason they're now required.

Will not give a refund. Total scam they canceled the event the day before for security reason, which is understandable. They told me they wouldn't issue a refund because I didn't issue a real ID. They expected you to go to the DMV and get a real ID. Offer to send them my government employer ID. Haven't heard back from them. Mind you my ID was issued to me by the DOT. The like to claim that the contract states no refund. The contract also had a date of the event. Once they changed the date the contract was no longer valid. They also threatened to report me to the DOJ not knowing that I am a government employee. The DOJ has my records. SCAM SCAM SCAM

vincent, you know you're lying and there's a screenshot video up of the entire live chat of yours. You refused to complete the activation form, which is a requirement of everyone to attend. Everyone was informed, and more than the day before, that the event was being rescheduled to give everyone a last chance to complete the activation form, and to upgrade their drivers license to the real id. You also work for the faa guiding airplanes, id hardly call that working in the government. You couldn't check the box on the activation form stating you weren't associated to lds or our competitors. Our terms do not say anything about a date, we're not party planners, no one hires us to hold an event for them on a specific date, you purchase entry into a private event. One you thought you could ignore the rules to. You have been reported, we also already knew you work for the faa, that's one reason you were reported, you work for the airlines, our event was Sept 10th, you refused to complete the activation form, others gave fake names, etc. The mormons were involved in both previous 9-11's. The first just slaughtering their own people, then had people in the towers, which they owned part of, in the pentagon, and supposedly on the planes. So yes you and the others have been reported.

My daughter boyfriend bought two tickets for the Atlantic City, NJ event and got the email rescheduling due to the about the activation form not being filled out and getting the Real ID. I do not not understand how this company can force people to get the real ID when NJ and the federal government is not forcing a deadline. A portion of us have not been able to our real ID yet due to Covid delays at DMV. Guess what then the passport is good enough. This is the first time I have ever heard of a business getting this much personal information an event. You can still fly with our regular driver's license. I cannot find one speck of evidence of Lights over America ever having an event. So at this point, if it quacks like a duck, its duck. In this case a scam and preys on hopefuls families.

+1

Events have rules attendees must follow. You shouldn't buy admission into an event if you don't want to follow the rules. The federal deadline for the real id was actually October of 2020 however trump pushed it off, it's now may 2023. We determine our security and what we require. With events and even amusement parks getting into trouble over attendees violence we're making sure we have all attendees information to make sure anyone who attempts to do anything stupid gets held responsible for what they've done. Passports do not verify home address to give to authorities if you commit a crime and flee so no we don't accept passports. We know the cult events have zero security policies so anyone could walk in past their employees and harm their attendees, or just cause chaos. We actually know how to run events. You've outed yourself as part of their following. We don't ever intend of showing pictures and we encourage everyone to leave their phones down and actually enjoy the event. Our event is about the experience not the narcissistic Instagram posts to lure people into to covert to another religion like the cult does. We love it drives the cult crazy to not know what we have in our events, it's pretty entertaining and a daily laugh they think we'll share video and photos other than the lanterns release. Unless people attend they'll never know what all is at our events 😁. Your daughter and her boyfriend are the scam artists.

Let us clear up false information people keep claiming.

The bbb, is NOT a government agency, it's a BUSINESS, whose constantly in trouble for trying to extort money from businesses. They've been deemed a "pay to play scam" by sending an employee to a business and making a purchase, etc from companies, then disputing the charge and sending an email to the business (we've got that email) saying they noticed we didn't have a page or an account for their fake rating and pr services), which they attempt to extort money out of the business to remove fraudulent claims. Where they then try to sell you services from their employees personal pr business.

They're the biggest scam and extortionists we've ever seen. We've requested their previous 3 years financial records which they've refused to provide, which is against the law. ALL non profit businesses (but you see they're really for profit through extortion) Must provide financial records to the public when requested or their non profit status can be revoked and banned for life. We've recently reported them and asked they banned for life. They're even attempting to extort other non profit orgs. One such provided us their corp head names, which we ran and found their personal businesses and set up using the fraudulent bbb scam.

So if you're a business whose received their extortion email like we have to pay them to remove the fake claims, get in touch with us through our website contact page.

michael, we're not complaining on the bbb, we're letting people know they're the biggest scam to date. The bbb is a non profit corporation, by law a non profit must provide financial records when they're requested. You're not going to get any photos from our events except of the releases, which are up, no matter how much the cult cries. And really michael, no events happened in 2020 and weren't supposed to in 2021 for how long due to lockdowns and high covid cases. We've learned events are 100% go when we don't advertise them online but locally. Now that we're invite only, the cult won't ever see a real date online anywhere so keep crying.

You are complaining about BBB not providing you financial records? You have not provided an event, or proof that you have held an event at all in the last three years. You have not provided refunds for events that you cancelled. You are a scam, Lights over America.

Yes, let's get this out here for everyone to see.

We have event rules everyone must follow, especially security policies which includes providing all attendees information, and now proving identity be being required to provide the now federal imported real id drivers license.

Get pissed, we don't care, as we know non mormon sent individuals are glad we're making our events safe and secure. We've already caught violent offenders, drug dealers, registered sex offenders, etc trying to sneak into our events, besides lds, but they're all technically one in the same, especially the sex offenders and drug dealers.

Other Festivals are stepping up their security as well and tightening down with violence at events and during holidays is increasing. Claiming we're a scam because we enforce our event rules is beyond hilarious.

Making our events go full on exclusive by invite only allows us to do away with dispute fees, etc that are only in place due to the mormon cult, and their rifraf out of our events. It also makes its safe.

The fact people want pages removed with going to an exclusive event shows We've just taken every tactic away from them and they're at a loss, especially after this last ditch at sending a lot of people to buy and dispute right before credit card laws go into effect removing the ability to falsly dispute a charge. They've failed, we're not closing, we're growing and going exclusive, and we're working to get the justice department to charge all that has helped them.

We've been contacted by other businesses about individuals We've posted about or that has posted false claims on us, these businesses have already been through the same thing with the same people, so there's now a website businesses can use to warn other businesses of those pulling scams and stealing from businesses to help destroy them. It's a review site for businesses, on customers. Long overdue.

If you don't like our rules, you shouldn't have purchased thinking you'd be let out of having to follow them. FYI, we're also onto the fact the credit card companies have employees helping as well, and those individuals names have been reported to all card companies corporate office to fire or be sued.

Bought tickets and then they never held the event. You cannot contact them and they will never have the event. I cannot believe they have not gotten shut down yet.

Cam, you don't have any entry to our event, and you're not listed as a guest of anyone who does.

I bought event tickets in 2/15 for a Houston event that fell on mid autumn festival 9/20/22. Spent all summer “activating” my passes and emailing them through their website with no response. Noticed a week before event that no address was provided for event and that no phone number was provided. They finally responded 4 days before event claiming I didn’t activate the passes. I responded I did and if can’t provide the service offered to refund the money. They stated will be requiring a “perm real id” for security and I have to give them information on my party. I reported them to BBB, government, and my credit card. On their website they blame everything on Mormons?!? Google them and you will find fox did a report on their fraud. How can they still do this to people? I had to break my kids hearts when I told them we will not be doing a lantern festival it was all fake 😢
And a day before the event they conveniently rescheduled for security issues.

Amy, yes we did reschedule for safety as only a handful of attendees completed the required activation form with guests name, most have refused, the rest gave fake names, ages, emails, etc such as yourself, which is not allowed. We rescheduled to give everyone enough time to complete the activation form with real information, and to upgrade to the real id drivers license. We have many email saying they're leaving back out of the country before the read I'd FEDERAL law takes effect may of next year, and they can't fly to leave. That shows they can't get a real id to attend because they refuse to provide their real identity.

The mormon cult trafficks people into the country to become their slaves and run their lantern festivals for them, which has already been proven in a lawsuit against their water lantern festival. Your email address godrulz1984@ says enough, especially since it's not the email address given at purchase. We've had a lot of people contacting under someone else's name using different email addresses and phone numbers who also can't verify the card used because they're not the person who bought them. Requiring everyone verify their identity prevents non approved individuals from sneaking in. You didn't like being informed you had to prove identity, which you probably can't. The charge also hasn't been disputed either.

Yes they do send you all to do this and post bogus bs or attempt to twist things. If you don't like our security policies you shouldn't have purchased but we're betting you're not amy chen.

Further, the bbb is a BUSINESS not a government agency, they're in trouble for trying to extort money out of businesses. The woman on the news is a mormon cult member, she goes by two different last names, and is a repeat for fox republican news on the cults competitors. The information and her multiple identities are listed on our website for everyone to read and see.

We have a post on our Instagram which shows the mormon cult followers own the other lantern festivals. So everyone who buys from them is literally giving them your money.

Lastly, we're looking into pressing conspiracy charges for credit card fraud to commit fraud and theft on our company against arish, michael, and everyone who has purchased to dispute.

Unlike the mormon cults festivals we don't leave guests wide open for a terrorist attack by a loon with a gun because they literallyhave no secirty, dont require names, or even check tickets. If you have a problem with keeping attendees safe, our events are not for you. We will also be reporting everyone to the feds who refused to provide attendee information since our event was the SEPT 10th. One day before before the anniversary of both mormon slaughters on other Americans. Search up the first 9.11. Slaughtered their own then, Slaughtered there own in 2001, and they're the trump cult who pulled January 6th.

Since 5/25/20, when I purchased 4 General Admission tickets ($80), a reserved fire-pit add-on ($50), and parking ($20), I've been following fires- and COVID-related cancellations by Lights Over America, never receiving any notifications of cancellations and/or rescheduling. On 8/10/22, I found a Sacramento event scheduled for 8/11/22. No Live Chat technician is ever available and no refunds, so I emailed them -- probably for the 10th time, with all my order numbers, requesting the location of the event the next day. All I got back was an email requesting my order numbers. I'm done. Is there something we can do to try to get reimbursed for the expenses? Now I see on FaceBook, LOA blames others as imposters causing their problems, and are moving to be by exclusive invite by pre-registration only. I still don't trust this. Has anyone else reported this Page to FaceBook?
Lights Over America Scam

michael, how's your relative that works at darpa doing, still messing with the weather. The owner says she's selling her ex's alternative gas creation so you'll be looking for a new j.o.b soon. Also you're right, "lights, The lights fest thelightsfest.com" is a scam ran by the mormon cult. Nope, we intend to put you in prison.

Dispute the charge through your credit card company, and cite this page and other news articles written that say this company is a scam. LOA will threaten you with extra fees if you dispute but nothing actually happens. I disputed last year and got my money back

Hi my and my girlfriend both ordered it for the lights over American in Sacramento, and they canceled the trip due to chicken pox and fire hazards. They never sent anything on how to actually reschedule your ticket and said no refunds. It cost us both 102.25$.
Canceled the date never rescheduled

If you were recently scammed by the lights fest, aka the lights, thelightsfest.com at six nations lands, and they're trying to hide it and ignore you, they're members of the lds church, so their money of course is lds's money. So start contacting the utah lds church and let them know you're requesting whatever you're requesting, from their member colin larsen. Instead of coming to your door to convert you, they use festivals, concerts, runs, etc to reach you.

lds holds large shares in news stations so you won't see any stories on any of their festivals (in American news), only false ones of us to make it look like we're them. And to use the bogus bs over weather, while not telling they have a member who works at darpa, and is related to the michael from exxonmobil you see on here. lds controls gas and utility companies, like the electric company that causes all the wildfires.

Global warming doesn't exist, it's global mormoning with them screwing with the weather. Just look at Kentucky and guess who ran to play savior.

Hey Lights over America, you say you are a legit company. To prove that, can you tell us when the last time you actually held an event? And can you provide proof that an event has actually taken place?

Here is the company that michael knows is not us, but wants you to believe is us because they are the ones who as you see, do not follow the laws.

Using private land doesn't matter if it's close to a forrest area and lanterns go off the land. Their lanterns also don't only have a 1 minute burn time, as it takes almost a minute for lanterns to heat up enough to take flight.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/hamilton/lights-festival-lanterns-organizer-respo...

Conspiracy, which includes conspiring with our competitors and their member owned lantern festivals to defraud us through purchasing admission passes to dispute to help attempt to shut us down not only violates federal anti trust laws but also California Conspiracy laws. You should read this, including this website owner michael.
