I purchased this Christmas tree with a free item, an outside balcony chair as advertised if purchased on that day only for $54.98 on November 11, 2024 as a Black Friday deal. I downloaded this app call 17track, which shows it was delivered on December 2, 2024. I contacted the seller that same day, but I was told someone could have signed for it. I emailed back letting him/her know I was waiting for my package in my living room and no one came and my kids too young to sign, but it shows delivered at 3:32pm central time. I received a response back on December 8th. Saying from the seller, “we have feedback to the logistics company for verification, but there is no reply to us yet. Please wait patiently. Once the package is confirmed to be lost, we can apply for you. Reissue or refund.” I waited patiently. I didn’t hear back from anyone, so I reached back out December 19th asking them do they remember me? I’m patiently waiting for a response back, I still want a refund or a replacement order. I finally did get a response back asking if I agree to receive a replacement on December 23rd. I agree and told her that would make me and my kids very happy. But after that no response back. So I been sending emails to see if they will still replace the Christmas tree or refund me back. But at this point as of January 13, 2025, I called it a loss due to know response after sending out multiple emails to hear back from the merchant . This might be long paragraph, but everything date and time is accurate to the best of my knowledge based on my email and responding messages from the seller.
