I purchased a product from the website and never received it. I emailed the contact info on the website without any response. I called the number on the website and he actually answered and said I needed to "text" him my order number, amount paid etc. and he would look into it. I have never received an answer back. I have attempted to text, call and email without any more responses from CHRIS DUCZYNSKI. I have never received my order or my money back.

I purchased liquid herbs from the website and paid via PayPal 11.1.2022. Immediately received an email confirmation and have never received my product. I emailed [email protected] on 1.2.2023 without an answer. I called Chris Duczynski @ 586-909-6048 on 4.6.2023 to inquire. He said to TEXT him my order information and he would get back with me. I have texted 2 more times and have called 2 more times and he will not text or return my calls. I am at least asking for a refund at this point and feel like my money was stolen since he won't even acknowledge the transaction even though the money was taken from my account. The website is still up and running and I feel this company is no longer in business.
