I ordered one sink strainer product, but the order turned into 11 items. I tried to change or cancel the order, but there was no way to do it. I then tried to contact the seller several times through the email address, but got no response. I then reported the transaction to my credit card company, Citi, and instigated a dispute for the charges. I received the 11 items today, which I will return if I can and I receive refund.
