I received a notification on my phone on May 24, 2026, indicating that the company Life Style System which has a Texas address debited $99.95 from my account without my authorization. I contacted the company to inquire about this transaction but did not receive a clear explanation. They assured me that my refund would be processed on May 26, 2026, and should be credited to my account; however, the refund has not yet been received. Upon following up with representatives Jill, I was informed that the refund could take between 10 to 15 business days, which would create financial hardship for me. I believe this company may have obtained my card information unlawfully and withdrawn funds from my account. If this occurred in my case, I am concerned about the possibility of other individuals being similarly affected.
