Nail appointment deposit refund issue after cancellation
In my experience, my appointment was canceled on the day of service, which was especially problematic because the appointment was for my graduation. I requested a refund because I could not reschedule. After reviewing numerous public complaints from other customers describing nearly identical experiences, I wanted to report what appears to be a recurring pattern of potentially misleading or unfair business conduct.
