I believe this business may be engaging in deceptive business practices. The business advertises heavily discounted nail appointments and requires customers to pay most of the cost upfront as a “deposit.” Multiple customers on social media have reported similar experiences involving poor communication, last-minute cancellations, and pressure to reschedule appointments instead of receiving refunds. Some customers report eventually receiving refunds, while others claim they did not receive their money back.

In my experience, my appointment was canceled on the day of service, which was especially problematic because the appointment was for my graduation. I requested a refund because I could not reschedule. After reviewing numerous public complaints from other customers describing nearly identical experiences, I wanted to report what appears to be a recurring pattern of potentially misleading or unfair business conduct.
