I ordered a jumper from their advertising on Facebook on March 30. Received an email after ordering stating that my package was lost in transit and a new package was being delivered. Offered me a 20 percent discount on any additional new orders as a “courtesy”. Package has still not arrived as of today, April 18. I’ve asked for a refund, but they say it’s too late to refund because the package is in transit. Then I went on ScamPulse.com scam tracker and saw multiple complaints about this company with consumers saying that their purchase never arrived or was extremely poor quality and not as advertised if it did arrive.
