SCAM!!!!

This company isn’t a law firm.

They called me today, told me that a subpoena would be served and etc. they needed my residential information to update the system.

She kept calling me a mam, when I corrected her and said I’m a man, she hung up.

I called back many times over the course of 5 hours. A law firm doesn’t have a cell phone #1, and a law firm would have a voice mail #2

I called my local courts and they verified that there is no pending litigation against me.

When I called back to relay that to this fraudulent company, they told me the reason the courts didn’t have the docket # was because the subpoena wasn’t served yet 😂

Quick lesson- I learned the hard way by attempting to serve a subpoena years back to someone. You CANNOT serve a subpoena without court documents being filed.

FOOLS! When I left a Google review, this is the response I got. They claimed I was rude, and they attempted to give me all info I requested. In reality they told me they had no info, but needed my info to update the system.

Ps; I did report this to attorney general of the USA.

"Legit Owner and "former friend of owner" its a shame that you are posting fake reviews especially after you've reached out to individuals posing as our firm to steal money. We are not sure who you are but we know that you are a person who was or knows someone who was formerly employed by our firm, as you have somehow gotten access to several respondents in our system. Our company has no affiliation with you and when we find out who you are we will pursue you to the fullest extent for stealing and also Defamation of Character. You have been calling individuals posing as our firm in hopes that the consumers will pay you money. What you failed to remember is that we are a legit firm that can be looked up and consumers WILL call us. You were caught and now doing anything in your power to defame us but it will not work. We've notified the NYS Attorney general of this. Then you go on scam sites with these bogus reviews on our firm. We've received numerous complaints and we will get to the bottom of this. We will find out who you are.

Report L & G associates to the Attorney General of Buffalo, NY. They are pulling peoples credit reports and calling stating money is owed from any company that checked the individuals credit. everything else previously stated is accurate. it is 1 female and 2 guys. they tell you your being served when news flash, servers do not call you! these clowns are some of the biggest jokes in buffalo which is why they keep switching their places up and running. i know of 2 company owners that went to 50 Fountain Plaza looking for them and the coward was almost in tears scared when he found out begging the owners not to call attorneys or cops. DO NOT PAY L&G Associates as they are NOT REAL DEBTOR COLLECTORS. NOBODY OWES THAT COMPANY MONEY

This company is a scam. Their are not licensed in any state. They are NOT located at 50 Fountain Plaza. Its a couple guys and a female calling from their house after they have friends try to steal accounts from agencies then call them after the fact. Do not pay this company. They run their operation out of a house in the city of buffalo. they have been running from the cops switching their locations in hopes they do not get caught. i strongly suggest people stop paying them, your only get money stolen from you

Type of a scam Debt Collections

This company was claiming that I owed a debt to a payday loan company from back in 2010, this company is claiming to have a process server out to serve me with papers. I never received any documents over the last 6 years stating that I owed any debt and no collection agencies have contacted me before.

this company does not LEGALLY have the rights to contact you or collect on any debt from you or anyone else. they are a straight scam out of the city of buffalo that works out of their house and either steal debt from agencies or have friends get them "paper" or accounts from legit agencies.
